Notice of Board of Directors Meeting
to Consider and Approve Special Assessments
Notice is hereby provided for a meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on January 23rd, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to levy Two Special Assessment, first to consider and approve a special assessment in the amount of $88,938.00, as more fully described in the itemized estimated cost sheet attached here for your reference, to cover the 2nd half of unanticipated increases in insurance premiums.
2nd to consider and approve drawing from the loan of $1,595,961.89 along with a 12% contingency ($191,515.43) as more fully described in the itemized estimated cost sheet attached here for your reference, to cover the cost of the Recertification Projects/South state Loan.
Project Totals Plus 12% Contingency = $1,787,477.32
$1,595,961.89 + $191,515.43
This meeting will be conducted Via-Zoom and in-person in the Carlton House lobby at 2701 S. Ocean Blvd, Highland beach, FL 33487
